Services and prices

• Prices and service times on this website are current when posted but may change without notice. Service times are estimates.
• Lash prices may vary with lash density and fullness, and your final lash price is confirmed at your appointment.
• Your technician confirms any add-on or extra charge before starting.
• Photos on this website show past work. Your results depend on your own nails, lashes, and aftercare.
• We may change or decline a service when needed for your safety or the safety of others.

Appointments and salon policies

• Online booking is provided by Square, and Square’s own terms also apply when you use it.
• Cancellations, late arrivals, deposits, redos, refunds, and in-salon rules are covered by our Salon Policies, which are part of these terms.

Gift cards

• Gift cards are sold online through Square and at the salon, and can be used toward any service.
• Gift cards are valid for at least seven years from the date they are issued, as Massachusetts law requires.
• Gift cards are not refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except that once at least 90% of a gift card’s value has been used, you may ask for the remaining balance in cash, as Massachusetts law allows.

Promotions

• Each promotion is subject to the terms shown with it, such as who qualifies, how to redeem it, and when it ends.
• Unless a promotion says otherwise, promotions cannot be combined and have no cash value.

Marketing texts and emails

• If you agree to receive marketing texts from Paris Nails & Spa, you agree to receive recurring promotional and salon news messages at the number you provide. Agreeing is not a condition of buying a service.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop, or HELP for help. You can also call us at (781) 784-4298.
• Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.

Messaging and automated replies

• When you message us through Google, some replies are written automatically by Google’s AI assistant.
• Automated replies are for general information and may not be accurate or complete. They do not confirm an appointment, a price, or an offer.
• An appointment is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation from our booking system or from our staff. If an automated reply differs from our posted prices or Salon Policies, the posted prices and Salon Policies apply.

Using this website

• Please use the website only for lawful purposes. Do not try to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access to it, or send spam through its forms.
• The photos, text, and logo on this website belong to Paris Nails & Spa or are used with permission. Please do not copy or reuse them without our written permission.
• Review excerpts are taken from public Google reviews written by our guests.
• Links to other websites, such as Square, Google, and social media, are provided for convenience. Their own terms apply, and we are not responsible for their content.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

• We work to keep this website accurate, but it is provided “as is,” and information on it may occasionally contain errors. We may correct errors and update information at any time.
